The two-day Level 3 course is an advanced training course in which we go deeper under the waterline and learn more tools from the fifth step of Lewis Deep Democracy: amplification, polarization and conflict resolution. We will continue to develop our facilitation skills and exercise our “neutrality muscle”.

This Training will be held in English.
Discounted Tickets
If you can't afford the full ticket price, a discounted ticket at cost price is available. This is offered on a trust base (no proof will be requested). We encourage especially non-profits, public servants and private payers with lower incomes to make use of this offer.

1) Refresher
Expanding upon the basics from Level 1&2 (CoResolve)

2) Discovering Conflict
Learning to unearth conflict through advanced techniques like reflective listening, amplification, polarisation

3) Dealing with extremes
Practicing to "hold" groups even during escalated or intense conflict situations

4) Metaskills
Maintaining neutrality during facilitation of escalated conflicts even if oneself gets triggered

Not staying over night?
We understand that not every participant wishes to stay overnight or participate in all meals. We are okay with people commuting to and from the workshop in the mornings and evenings as long as you are present for the core workshop hours (09:30 to 17:30), however, in these cases, we can't offer any additional discounts as we pay flat rates for cleaning, food and licensing.

Terms of cancellation / refunds
In case of a cancellation more than two weeks before the workshop, 66% of the full price ticket can be refunded.
In case of a cancellation less than two weeks before the workshop, 0% of the full ticket price can be refunded.
The discounted tickets can not be refunded.
